Complex shapes can be cut out of wood, plastic and non-ferrous metal - with precision and high-speed - using a MultiCam 3000 Series CNC Router.
The Process
Your design is created from scratch or imported into the routing software to defined paths for the cutting tools to follow. The router cuts the wood or other material to shape within one thousandth of an inch. A powerful vacuum holds the material down to the bed without marring the surface. The large 60 by 122 inch bed can easily hold a full sheet of plywood or multiple smaller panels. The routed parts have clean edges cut precisely to your design ensuring accurate size and fit.
